Blow out the candles!

Hello it's Jane here today with my 2nd post.  I made a sparkly birthday card which I gave to my Hb yesterday on his birthday.

I would love you to come on over to my blog here and help blow out the candles. I have all the details of how I made it and some close ups where you can clearly see the sparkle (Stickles) on the icing and in the background (distress mica stains). We still have 10 days left of our January challenge. There are lots of sparkly entries already and we would love to see more!

Enjoy the rest of January,

Bye for now,

Jane x

Sparkle and shine can be interpreted many ways, and so for my second project this month I have made some very sparkly and shiny
Bows which act as book marks, and because I was on a roll I made some traditional book marks as well. As always all the details on my blog

Today I'm sharing these sparkly snowflakes for January's A Year to Sparkle & Shine challenge, which I'm delighted to be hosting this month.

I had fun creating all the sparkle and shine on this art journal page using lots of Stickles Glitter Glue by Ranger and Twinkle Star Crystals from Creative Expressions. To see how it came together, please visit my blog Let's Art Journal.

I'm so looking forward to seeing LOTS of sparkle and shine on your projects too; it would be lovely to see you there.

January 2022 - Your Year To Sparkle & Shine

Welcome to our first Challenge of 2022. This month the theme is Your Year To Sparkle & shine (lots of sparkle media, bling new year etc) and has been chosen by our lovely Jo. We hope you will enjoy joining us in this challenge and there is a £20 gift voucher for the winner

 Jo

Happy New Year everyone, it's Jo here. I'm delighted to be hosting this month's challenge and to welcome 2022 I have chosen the theme A Year to Sparkle & Shine

We would like to see LOTS of sparkle and shine on your projects, no "token" gems or sequins please; you really need to sprinkle that sparkle! This means that you can use lots of different sparkly and shiny products (like metallics, sparkly embossing powders, glitters, lustres, foil, glazes, mirror cardstock, mica sprays or paints etc) as part of your designs.

I look forward to seeing what you make and you never know, you might even win a £20 voucher for the shop! Before you enter your project though, please read the Rules!

My first project is this very sparkly art journal page; to see how it came together, please pop over to my blog Let's Art Journal.

Happy and creative wishes! Hugs Jo x

Happy new year everyone. For this very sparkly first challenge of 2022 I decided to make a New Year card with lots of bling!

I used embossing glitters, sparkly Visible Image stamps, gold card, glitter pen and Tim Holtz ' fab distress mica stain sprays. You need sun glasses with this one!

If you would like to see how it all came together take a leap over to my blog here.

Have a fabulous year ahead,

Jane x

Good morning and a very Happy New Year!

I'm hoping that 2022 is going to be kind to us all, and to celebrate this year I've made a sparkly journal page.

If you would care to pop across to my blog, I'll show you how this came together.

Take care and have a wonderful 2022! x
