Angel Tag

December 2019 - Stars

Welcome everyone to our December Challenge.
Our theme this month is Stars, chosen by the lovely Evelyn. We love you taking part in our challenges so this month, (don't forget focal point must be stars) to enter your projects to be in with a chance to win a £20 Gift Voucher.

The countdown to Christmas has started and so I thought it should be an easy theme in this busy time.

Can you believe it is December already? This year has flown past. Anyway, for Evelyn's fabulous 'stars' Challenge I have made an art journal spread. Of course there is a YouTube tutorial if you'd like to see how I made it.

How quickly can a year flash by? Here we are in December with our last challenge of 2019. I love the theme of stars, as it is an embellishment I use so much in my card making. I made a very starry night owl card.

Two Easy but Elegant Christmas Cards

For my second project I made two christmas cards, inspired by Blanche Siegmann.

Thank you so much to everyone who played along with my challenge. There were some fabulous entries, and I'm thrilled that some of you tried this technique for the first time. Here are my top 3.
  No 17 Margaret - such a dreamy Christmas card and I love that you made your own stencil (mine's homemade too)

No 6 Jo - Beautiful colours and such a romantic piece for your wedding anniversary.

No 12 Carol - These silhouette stamps look perfect against the bokeh background.

And my Design Team Special Mention goes to No15 Aimeslee. I love that you went along with your happy accident, it looks wonderful, and your cards are always as pretty on the inside and back as they are on the front.
