I started making my own cards some 20 years ago but it’s not until I got hold of my first stamp, a random buy in a bargain bin, that my crafting took off in earnest. Now a confirmed stamp-a-holic, I use stamps both as focal points and to make backgrounds on cards and scrapbook pages. With a mix of inks and techniques the possibilities are endless!
Style wise… I love and try everything from CAS to grungy and I am particularly attracted to vintage images. Mixed media is a more recent development but I love using paint to recycle household items.

Hi, my name is Corrie. I live in the Netherlands in a small market town called Venlo, which is situated next to the German border.

I have been crafting all my life; I knitted, crocheted, made dolls and teddy bears, painted and probably did quite a few more crafts. In 2012 I discovered paper craft and the rest is history as they say. I love bright colours but also like vintage and shabby chic. I started making cards and then quickly branched out into art journaling, altering things, ATC's and tags. I love trying new things... and I have all the time in the world for my hobbies as I don't work anymore.  Apart from crafting I also like nice food and wine, lovely holidays, reading and cooking.

I am very happy to be on this team and I look forward to showing you my projects !

Hi, I´m Evelyn. I live in Germany in the heart of the most wonderful part of it, in Bavaria. By profession I´m a teacher for needlework and home economics. In my spare time I love to do something of my desire, Mixed Media, scrapbooking, stamping, card making, altering things and most time some of them happen at the same time. I started art journaling too and I love the freedom of creating I can have in there.
I have been crafting all my life. I tried many techniques, from working with fabric and wool to working with wood and clay to altering furniture and drawing.
I found the beautiful common of talented people here in the world wide web and started my own blog. I´m addicted to stencils and I love colours in all it´s versions. I always want to try something new and love to try out new mediums and to experiment with them. Now I´m looking forward to the new adventure as a member of the Design Team here at Country View Challenges!

Jane of Jane's Journal

http://jane-janesjournal.blogspot.co.uk/

"Hello I'm Jane from Jane's Journal and after working as an NHS physiotherapist for 34 years I am now free to follow my crafting journey. I have been a make and do girl since I could hold a pencil and scissors. As well as my paper crafting I am a silversmith, jewellery maker, occasional cake decorator, keen photographer and gardener. I am lucky enough to have a little garden studio where I can create outside during the warmer months of the year. Mother Nature is a constant source of inspiration for me.

I have been paper crafting for many years, more seriously since 2012. I have been lucky enough to have some work published. I enjoy using different crafting techniques and styles and you will see me create anything from shabby chic, vintage to cute. I make cards, art journal pages, tags, mixed media pieces and altered objects and I love playing with new products. I believe that we can all evolve and learn on our crafting journey and I love sharing mine. "

 Jo of Let's Art Journal

https://letsartjournal.wordpress.com/

Hi everyone, my name is Jo and I live by the sea in the North West of England with my hubby. I started Art Journaling in 2015 as a way of expressing my life through words and pictures which has now become a passion of mine. I love all things Mixed Media and I'm captivated by the variety of techniques and materials that can be used to create so many different styles of art. My pages are inspired by what I do, see, feel and hear so it's a fun way to record life events and memories too.

Over the years my passion for art has expanded to creating cards and tags, especially for my family and friends, as well as decorations and items for around the house. I love nothing better than to experiment with different products and techniques, get creative, put my ideas into practice and have lots of fun doing so!

I'm so excited to be part of this wonderfully talented team and I look forward to sharing my creations, techniques and products with you along the way. x

Miriam's Creative Dreams

I am a HR professional by day and like to unwind through crafting. I have been crafting since 2007 after a friend made me a handmade card for Christmas and it had me hooked!  The rest is history.  I have been living in Bristol for the last 16 years but am still a Welsh girl at heart.  You can see some of my creations on my blog (Miriam's CreativeDreams).

Monika of Mistletoe Home Decoration

http://mistletoehomedecoration.blogspot.co.uk/

My name is Monika, I am Hungarian living in Luxembourg. Being a full time crafter is a far cry from my first profession and my first job. But on becoming an expat wife I had to figure out what to do with myself and I had to find some activity I could do without knowing the French, German or Luxembourgish languages. So I brought out my creative being I’ve always been and I started to make decoupage boxes, embroidered felt decorations, salt dough decorations etc.

But when I bought my Sizzix Big Shot everything has changed. I learned a lot of new techniques and my interest turned to papers and canvases. I  have been making nice decorations for my daughter’s birthday and other celebrations, I have been making greeting cards and now I got a new obsession: making mixed media canvases.

Rachel of Fisher's Cards and Crafts

http://fisherscardsandcrafts.blogspot.co.uk/

Hello! My name is Rachel Fisher and I have been crafting in one form or another for many years – papercrafting has been going on for about 10-15 years and mixed media in the last 2 years or so. I adore playing with all sorts of messy mediums and really love to learn new techniques and play with stuff that’s new to me.  I used to teach chemistry and I truly believe its where my love of both colour and experimentation has come from.  I love all things Tim and paperartsy is a new passion and I also love Indigo Blu. These days I’m mum to my two gorgeous daughters who take up most of the time when they’re not at school. When they are at school though I get to play and also I enjoy keeping fit by running swimming and gardening.  I feel very honoured to be part of this incredible DT for my favourite shop!!!  Thankyou!

Sue D of Sue The Iron

"Hi, I'm Sue, and like many others I discovered crafting through Dawn Bibby. I bought a kit that fit in it's own A4 box. Mmm things have changed a little now... My true obsessions are rubber stamping and colour - the brighter the better. I love inks and paints and anything that gives me colour - oh yes, and sparkle, and maybe a bit of glitter.... I admire Clean and Simple, but white space scares me. I'm thrilled to have joined the design team, and look forward to sharing my 'bits of paper' as my other half calls them with you."
