What a lovely card! I'm going to get that stamp set for making cards for my husband - he's a keen gardener and expert forager. You are right not to risk eating the fungi you spot while out and about, unless you know exactly what they are. Many of them are absolutely delicious but others can give you a nasty tummy upset or much worse.
