February, March & April Winners, Top 3 & DTSM
Hello everybody! It's a very late post to announce the February, March & April Winners. There were some really fabulous entries and we always love seeing what you're inspired to make by each theme. Are you sitting comfortably? Then let's begin!
Wow, everyone certainly rose to my Spring challenge. And we could tell that there were so many interpretations of the 'Spring' theme.
So, without further delay, here are my top 3 for February:
I adore the pop of colour on Darlene's make. It reminded me of the excitement and hope of warmer evenings and the colour explosion of flowers as they bloom.
I love it when my tulips start to bloom. It's sign that they have made it through another tough season and are looking forward to the coming months, almost hopeful. Kati's card made me reminded me of hope and sunshine - just beautiful.
Aimslee's beautiful card reminds me of looking out of my office window while working from home. Aimslee has created a beautiful scene here.
Thank you to all of the Top 3 for cheering my February up.
Designer Special Mention:
Alice (ScrAPamondo) blew me away with this card. Every time I look at it I see more detail. It reminded me of Spring bursting into the season and the birds looking happy to see it and tweeting a sweet tune. The detail is divine. I wanted to reach in and touch the card. Thank you so much for the inspiration Alice.
Hello there,
My top 3 are as follows:
#76 ann with starry sky
#52 Lia with Northern Lights
This one is just super cute!
No. 43 Jackie with a sunset scene
I love this die - really beautiful and the background works a treat.
My Special Mention goes to #9 liz who created a lovely shaped card using beautiful Lavinia stamps - well done Liz!
Thanks all!
Rachel x

A tag for Paris
Hello it's Jane here with some more "We'll always have Paris" inspiration. For my first post I made a masterboard and used it to make 4 artist trading cards. I had some leftovers so I used them to make a tag for Paris.
If you would like to see how I put it together take the Eurostar (I wish!) pop on over to my blog here where I am sharing a step by step.
Enjoy the rest of May,
Au revoir, à bientôt!

May 2021- We Will Always Have Paris
We will always have Paris!
She wants you to take her to Paris and show her the sights! But don't worry, if you don't have any Paris themed supplies, you can use anything that says "France". Think fashion, wine, lavender fields of Provence, old adverts etc... Tim Holtz has released a few French inspired stamps, tissue tape and embossing folders over the years so dig dip into your stash! Just make sure that the theme is obvious and not a tiny bit of French script or fleur de Lys lurking in a corner of your make.
Craftyfield
I am thrilled to be hosting the challenge this month with a theme dear to my heart. Yes, the beautiful and romantic city of Paris, so close to British shores but, in these times of travel restrictions, so far...
Do come by my blog to see how I made my scene with the major landmarks of the "City of Lights"
Hello everyone, here's my May challenge inspiration
All the details are on my blog and there are quite a few details
Hope to see you there.
Good morning and welcome to the weekend. For this challenge I thought why use 1 product
when I could use about 20, so I did!
I have made a postcard for this fabulous new challenge and this is it:
for our May challenge I created a tag with a little mademoiselle and the Eiffel Tower.
For this tag, I got the inspiration from the Ladurée bakery.
Happy May! This month's challenge took me back to our 30th wedding anniversary in 2011 when my Hb and I stayed in Paris to celebrate. On our actual anniversary, 25th July, we were at the top of the Eiffel Tower sipping champagne! I made some artist trading card as a reminder.
This month's challenge made me long for safer times and travel. Here is my first project for the challenge:
Pop over to my blog to see more details or this project. And I do hope that you join in with the challenge - it will be wonderful to see your Paris themed projects.
Hello everyone and Happy May! For this month's challenge I had fun playing around with some Stamperia papers and stencils to create this Paris art journal page.
