Hello everybody! Here are our July Winners. There were some really fabulous entries and we always love seeing what you're inspired to make by each theme. Are you sitting comfortably? Then let's begin!
Hello everyone! It's Monika here.
It seemed that you liked my theme - Use a stencil (or two) - because many of you joined our July challenge. So thank you for that!
Top 3
1. Ann Chuang
Ann made an interesting background with a stencil and the iron-off resist technique. I have never tried this technique but after seeing Ann's card and watching some videos, now I really want to try it! I also love the colours and the design.
In my family the Monty Python is very popular. I like them but my hubby and my daughter love their humour. So when I saw Katarina's Lumberjack's card that made me smile. And the two stencilled background with the wood pile and the steam cogs are great too.
100. A Pink
This card is just awesome! The Squeezed Lemonade and the new Prize Ribbon colours look fantastic together and I love the reversed stencilling technique. If you see Amanda's design with Tim Holtz's new stamp set, the Inquistive, I'm sure you want to buy it :-)
Special Mention
92. Donna W
And the special mention goes to Donna who made a fabulous summery card! She created a beautiful flamingo with two layers of stencil. The additional gloss spray and the sequins made this card more beautiful
Fantastic work all around! Congratulations - your badges will be on their way soon, and we hope you'll display them with pride and don't forget to join us in our September Challenge xx
